Longleaf Angels is a member-managed angel group based in Charleston, South Carolina. We invest in early-stage founders across the U.S. who get overlooked, not for lack of promise, but because capital still clusters in a handful of markets.

We’re sector-agnostic. Members make their own investment decisions on each deal, do diligence together as a team, and stay involved with founders after the check.

We have SSBCI partnerships in South Carolina, Louisiana, and Mississippi, which can bring state matching capital into the rounds we invest in. We share deal flow and diligence with other angel groups and venture investors, and we’re open to co-investing.
