Our network invests $150K - $500K per deal, made up from both individual investors and a Member Fund (typically investing $150k/deal). We often co-invest and syndicate deals with other angel groups, individuals and other investment partners. AIF is open to individuals who are considered “accredited investors” by the SEC and are interested in investing their own funds in start-up companies. Members make their own investment decisions independently, but we look at companies together and share in due diligence tasks.
