For more than 30 years, Cap Con has been one of the East Coast's premier venture capital conferences, bringing together nearly 1,000 investors, entrepreneurs, and innovation leaders each year.

A cornerstone of the conference is our live company pitch program, where only 45 early- and growth-stage companies are selected to present. And each year, some of the most exciting companies at Cap Con are introduced through our ecosystem partners, so we would love your help identifying this year’s!

Unlike many pitch competitions, the value begins the moment a founder applies. Every application is reviewed by PACT's Recruitment & Selection Committee—a group of venture capitalists, angel investors, corporate investors, family offices, and ecosystem leaders— giving founders direct exposure to the investors and ecosystem leaders actively sourcing new opportunities. Companies selected to pitch receive executive pitch coaching, expanded investor engagement, and the opportunity to present live at Cap Con.

The conference culminates in the Lion's Den, PACT's signature live investment showcase, where a select group of companies pitch for real investment commitments. Last year, two participating companies received $175,000 and $150,000 in live commitments, demonstrating the caliber of investors and opportunities the event attracts.
