The Angel Investor Foundation (AIF) is a 501(c)3 subsidiary organization of the Angel Capital Association (ACA), created to advance the art and science of angel investing to accelerate innovation and economic growth. The AIF supports the education and data analytics programs of the ACA, the largest professional network of angel investors in the world. Together we can create a more inclusive startup ecosystem by meeting investors and entrepreneurs where they are on their angel and fundraising journey for generations to come. 

THE SERAPHIM SOCIETY LEGACY

The Seraphim Society is a recognition program for AIF & ACA community members who have included our Foundation in their estate plans. Once you’ve made a planned gift to support our work, you will become a member of The Seraphim Society: receiving special publications, event invitations, exclusive membership gifts, and special recognition. Anyone who has notified AIF of their intent to include the Foundation as a beneficiary of their estate plan are eligible. Seraphim Society recognition involves no dues, obligations, or solicitations, but it does allow the Foundation to thank and recognize donors for the plans they have made and to encourage others to follow the example. Here are three easy steps to begin your Seraphim Society Membership: 1) Fill out this intent form. 2) Complete your bequest with a tax or legal professional of your choosing. You may use this sample language. 3) Email Katelynne Staehnke at kstaehnke@angelinvestorfoundation.org when you have executed your bequest.

ACA & AIF recognize this intent form as a non legally binding document. Some bequests may require an additional agreement that will be considered a binding promise. We kindly ask if your intentions change, that you notify a staff member at your earliest convenience. Thank you!
